• Solicitors regularly require expert Witness Reports carried out by Chartered Surveyors for various professional reasons.

 

• For many years we have regularly provided Expert Witness reports for Solicitors and the Court across most property sectors.

 

• We have acted as an Expert Witness for a wide range of purposes and for both the claimants and defendants. Often a valuation of a property is required where the value is in question in a litigation situation and a Chartered Surveyor is commissioned to provide specialist advice.

 

• We are fully aware of the ‘Woollf Reforms’ and their duty to the Court. We are experienced in providing honest, impartial evidence as independent and joint independent experts. Our instructing clients very much like our clear and easy to read reports.
